For every additional person 100 € /Week.

For 7, 8 and 9 person in Apartment Bravio 50 € /Week

Water, electricity, heating, internet connection are included, as well as sheets, towels and kitchen linen.

Weekly change of sheets, towels and kitchen linen are included.

Obligatory final cleaning 50 €.

In accordance with Council Resolution No. 91 of 30 November 2011, the Municipality of Montepulciano has introduced a Tourist Tax, to take effect from 1 February 2012.

The tax of 1,00 € - per person, per night - ist payable directly on site.

The week is deemed to be as follows:
ARRIVALS - Saturday 3 to 7 p.m. / DEPARTURES - Saturday before 10 a.m.

SHORT STAYS:
Shorter than one week stays are accepted only on a last minute basis. Please send us an e-mail specifying your requirements.
